User guide should say that you can only chop half an onion at a time then add another half once it is chopped. Packing and plastic materials seem to be good quality. It came with a 400 ml + 200 ml container with its own lid and blade. Be careful while cleaning, it has razor sharp blades.

My requirement does not meet because it smashed vegetable or onion complely. But I wanted small cut vegetable and onion as shown in product image for cooking. A mixer/ grinder and a chopper together will meet your needs better than food processor.

I am returning the product there is no issue as such in manufacturing except for the minor scratches on handle and top lid but the main issue is that the part is missing that is the green slicer Disc. When I ordered the first time it wasn't there so I called Amazon support and mentioned my problem and specifically asked them to mention while replacing the product kindly add the missing Disc but as I recied the replacement it still the same issue as the part still goes missing . Now I am left with no other choice then to educate the rest that if you go through the reviews there are few people that have got the Disc as well where as many have complained that the same thing is missing when the recieved there product . So if the product doesn't comprise of that particular part then the dealer shouldn't mention the Disc with rest of the items as mentioned in the display of product pictures as it is highly misleading and very disappointing to recieve the same incomplete product twice. Beware.
