Plastik cover of the Motor is fragile. The screw of the Motor portion has broken. The Product is fragile. The screw of the Upper Motor portion broke within a week. The Blades are not rotating when the Cover for the lower container portion is put in place. By the time I discovered this the last date for requesting replacement was over. I have incurred lot of loss.I would appreciate if the provision for Replacement is given to me as a special case, as a Prime customer. Thanks.

Good product - chops well & suited for vegetable cutting. This one cuts the vegetables so easliy. I'm using this for chopping onions & it gives fine chopped pieces. If you want more vegetables to be cut or chopped opt for the bigger size with twin blades. Pelase be careful with the blades while cleaning as it has very sharp edges.
DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. This chopper by pigeon is one of the worst and most hopeless chopper available. I wasted my money completely. My sister bought a small size I bought 900ml both stopped working on the very first day. Since I had used a similar chopper from a different company I knew how to repair. I opened the top and saw that they have used a third class plastic material. Do not buy this chopper from Pigeon!!

Slicing plate/Disc missing incomplete product. I am returning the product there is no issue as such in manufacturing except for the minor scratches on handle and top lid but the main issue is that the part is missing that is the green slicer Disc. When I ordered the first time it wasn't there so I called Amazon support and mentioned my problem and specifically asked them to mention while replacing the product kindly add the missing Disc but as I recied the replacement it still the same issue as the part still goes missing . Now I am left with no other choice then to educate the rest that if you go through the reviews there are few people that have got the Disc as well where as many have complained that the same thing is missing when the recieved there product . So if the product doesn't comprise of that particular part then the dealer shouldn't mention the Disc with rest of the items as mentioned in the display of product pictures as it is highly misleading and very disappointing to recieve the same incomplete product twice. Beware.

But be extra careful while taking out the product out if the box as it’s blade is super sharp..it can give you a deep cut within nanoseconds so just be careful..otherwise it is a great product..one more thing is that the dough requires a little but of kneading after taking out as it is not that smooth in texture.
